Wearing mask style these.I have been gone on roads these day seen wearing mask on mouth but forget to wear on nose.Case in india rising because of carelessness of the taking proper safety.We long way to go to fight with covid. Wearing like this has no benefits, but it become style statement.

Addictions
Coffee addiction,morning routine addiction, gym addiction, some routine addiction .we floating on our addiction.Once its became habit it's becoming addiction which can be bad or good both for health or for us.Now talk about my sister ( ) who have habit of doing yoga early morning . She have became addicted to it,if she doesn't do she doesn't feel good.While doing this in day time she became addicted to green tea.I dnt know I all this addiction good or bad because she drinks tea all day.Other hand my mother got having keeping our house clean during lockdown which is good but she wants do herself everything . It's good that got some exercise done but fully taken load on herself is inviting tension. Addiction we are floating on it.Easy to get addicted to it but difficult to get rid of it if you invite bad addiction with you.

Happy shivaji jayant....he is very brave,sensible and clever person.From childhood we are listing stories of shivaji.Just I m also trying brave. How much i can i will BE.
