The Intelligent person should not hold/suppress their natural urges initiated by sensations of the following.
बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति को निम्नलिखित संवेदनाओं से उत्पन्न अपने प्राकृतिक आवेगों को रोकना/दबाना नहीं चाहिए!
न वेगान् धारयेद्धीमाञ्जातान् मूत्रपुरीषयोः ।
न रेतसो न वातस्य न छर्द्या: क्षवथोर्न च ||
नोद्गारस्य न जृम्भाया न वेगान् क्षुत्पिपासयोः ।
न बाष्पस्य न निद्राया निःश्वासस्य श्रमेण च || (चरक संहिता 7)
1. मूत्र के वेग को
2. पुरीष (मल ) के वेग को
3. रेतस् (शुक्र) के वेग को
4. अपान वायु के वेग को
5. छर्दि (वमन) के वेग को
6. क्षवथु (छींक) के वेग को
7. उद्गार (डकार) के वेग को
8. जृम्भ (जम्हाई) के वेग को
9. क्षुत् (भूख) के वेग को
10. पिपासा (प्यास) के वेग को
11. बाष्प (आंसू) के वेग को
12. निद्रा के वेग को
13. श्रमजन्य श्वास के वेग को
SUPPRESSING THESE URGES IS THE LEADING CAUSE FOR MANY DISEASES.
DON'T SUPPRESS THE NATURAL URGES.
