Distal amputated thumb was successfully replanted of a 23 years old male which cut accidentally on 5/4/2024 in Agra UP India .

One month old electric burn of rt index finger. Debridement and cross finger flap done to reconstruction of index pulp.

Different types of hand injury and its reconstruction.

5 years old male child sustained Burns during his infancy due to open fire "chulaha".Later he developed contracture deformity of left foot along with depigmented scar . The contracture was released and skin grafting done . 3 weeks post operative pics show result achieved.

Road traffic injury resulted loss of leg below right knee and left foot heal wound. Heal of left foot cover with radial forearm free flap and stump of amputated right lower limb covered with split thickness skin graft.

Six year old child had Glass cut wrist injury resulted ulnar artery transaction. Though radial artey intact but circulation was not sufficient. Hence ulnar artery was anastomosis done and circulation restored.
