Servicefriend will be making Google’s messaging protocol available to all its clients, and, thus, allowing millions of consumers a seamless

At the MWC, Globe Telecom (Singtel Group), one of Servicefriend's clients, will be demonstrating the world's first implementation of the new protocol powered by the Servicefriend Hybrid AI technology. Globe Telecom will be allowing their subscribers to receive "Hybrid Concierge" services via the new protocol such as:
