A Soprano Sax player came in to my workshop with this Yanagisawa with a tuning problem in the high notes. after a long check i discovered a damaged hidden pad (see pictures). i replaced it with a new handmade pad and the client checked and it's now well tuned again

Here is a Professional Gold Flute "Powell Boston" came in to the workshop from Frankfurt DE for an annual treatment.
This flute mechanism was taken apart into small pieces, the flute body and mechanism parts were cleaned then adjusted carefully, all springs were adjusted, all corks and felts were refreshed, the head joint cork was placed into its best position to achieve the best intonation tuning, every pad was placed back to its perfect position above the tone halls - for the absolute sealing. After seating all the pads I spread each one of them with a special cream to extend its life longer, my customer from Frankfurt was boundless satisfied and it was again

a great pleasure to get compliments (also) in German.

Here's one of the Wind instruments that went into the workshop last week:
Clarinet "Buffet Crampon"
Overol includes a one-week soak in real almond oil (squeezed almonds)
Replacing all the plugs in the connectors, changing all the cork in the mechanics, changing all the cushions to "Buffet Gortex"
Adjusting the height of the cushions from the Toneholes and putting the cushions up to the result of a complete seal (100%).
