Here's how we built the full funnel for a B2B SaaS client👇🏽
1️⃣ Identified their main pain points:
- Too many systems leading to no single source of truth
- Wasted time on manually uploading contact data to the mailing platform
- Needed development team for complex integrations and automation
2️⃣ Mapped out their current disjointed software and processes:
- Software example: email automation set up in ActiveTrail, contacts data in the product database, etc.
- Process example: Identifying - when a lead receives automated communication, at what point the lead passes over to the sales team, protocol for marketing to sales handoff (if any), etc.
3️⃣ Staged process migration:
- Working with marketing, sales, and customer success, we migrated the platform and process, training the new teams on the system, and improving the system based on feedback.
- Resulting in one CRM as the single source of truth, with the tech stack fully integrated into this system.
