‘Songs From Self Retreat’ tells the story of a month long isolated retreat I went on in 2022. During that time, I disconnected from people, media, and messages, and spent my days meditating, listening to music and nature, reading, cooking, walking, and writing this album in a small remote studio I put together.

This was the place, a gorgeous handmade mud cabin built by a sweet couple in the village.

The album has been out for a week now. Thank you all for listening ❤️
