We are looking for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience and a bucketload of passion for the startup ecosystem to join our Business Development team.

As a BDR at IMA you will:
• Generate business opportunities and leads for IMA’s portfolio.
• Manage IMA’s business relationships with large corporate partners: Banks, Insurance companies, mobile operators, and various strategic partners, globally.
• Manage various business development projects such as roadshows, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience as BDR/sales
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong Sales orientation
• Outgoing, determined, and assertive
• High level of enthusiasm, initiative, and curiosity
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative approach to problem-solving
• Strong analytical thinking

דן עדיקא הקים בשנת 2011 את הסטארט-אפ WalkMe, מתוך חזון לייצר חווית משתמש חדשה לגולשים באתרי האינטרנט, ולהפוך גלישה בכל אתר לפשוטה ויעילה. המוצר של החברה "מתלבש" על כל אתר או אפליקציה ומעניק סט של כלים, אלמנטים ומדריכים ויזואליים בכדי להדריך את המשתמש בצרכיו.
כיום, לחברה יותר מ-1,500 לקוחות אנטרפרייז בינלאומיים, כרבע מהם משתייכים לרשימת הפורצ'ן 500. החברה גייסה עד כה 167.5 מיליון דולר.

החברה נבחרה לאחת מ-100 חברות הענן המבטיחות בעולם על ידי מגזין "פורבס" העולמי, וכן דורגה על ידי פירמת Deloitte כחברה ה-6 הצומחת ביותר בצפון אמריקה בתחום התוכנה. החברה הוקמה ב-2011 על ידי רפי סווירי (שמכהן כנשיא), דן עדיקא (מנכ"ל) ואייל כהן (שעזב).

לפני שהקים את WalkMe, כיהן דן כמהנדס תוכנה ב-HP, לאחר שהשלים את שירות צבאי של כ-6 שנים ביחידה טכנולוגית מובילה. בזכות גישתו הייחודית לניהולה של WalkMe וצמיחת החברה, נבחר דן לרשימת 100 הדמויות המובילות את תחום ה-Customer Success בתעשיית ההיי-טק בארה"ב.

האירוע הינו בשיתוף Fusion LA - תוכנית ההאצה לסטארט-אפים ישראלים בלוס אנג'לס, בתמיכת Wize, והקנטה-בר.
