Vinyasa Yoga tailored to improve your surfing, or surf-skate. The poses are adjusted and geared to improve balance, focus, breathing, and strengthen the muscle groups used most while surfing. Why do surf yoga? Cause you wanna surf better. Who the hell would do yoga to surf better? I dunno...

Chaturangaaaaa if you hate it you're not doing it right. Kidding, it's hard. BUT the most helpful tip I ever got re this is to think of it as a LEG pose and not upper body. BOOM.
So much easier. We focus too much on the arms we forget to press back with the heels and engage the legs. It's amazing how much you can pull your weight towards your toes, even in a one legged variation.
