It’s been almost four months since life has changed for us here. Our hearts are still broken, and they won’t mend until our hostages and friends in the front lines will return home and be healthy again.
Two weeks ago while driving my car, the song “When You’ll Be Healthy” played up on my Spotify shuffle. It’s a song by Israeli artists Shalom Hanoch and Arik Einstein, two greats that I grew up listening to due to them being my parents’ favorites.
In the song one person tells another all the things they’ll do together, once the other will be healthy again. It’s the ultimate expression of hope: not if, but when. �I listened to the song nonstop for a few days until I decided to record a version of my own. It was such a healing process that I completed my recording of it in a day and a half.
I decided to release my version, and dedicate it to our hostages, friends and soldiers who are recovering from the battle, with a hope that they will all be home and healthy again soon.
�I am praying for healing, for everyone.

Music is the only balm I know.
We’re all so desolate and filled with grief these days, and while trying to pick up the pieces, no one dares to listen to music.
I made a playlist for anyone who needs this comfort right now.
I hope it can absorb some of the pain and make the darkness a little less lonely, as well as give some hope and comfort.
I tried to make it as eclectic as possible, and if anyone would like to add a song that is helping them heal, i’d love to add it.
