Three bathrooms, one home.

The parents’ en-suite pairs large 120×120 cm tiles that climb 40 cm up the walls with a soft, natural mineral plaster, meeting in a clean, zero line detail.

The second bathroom keeps things ultra minimal: slim, oversized tiles in the shower, running floor to ceiling at 130 cm wide. Fewer joints, fewer lines, a calm and seamless feel. The sink area is wrapped in a rich natural plaster.

The third is raw, cast-in-place exposed concrete. Honest and bold.

As the kids grew up, the parents wanted a quiet hideout of their own.
This master wing was designed with that in mind- a calm bedroom, a bright bathroom filled with natural light, a walk-in closet, and a garden terrace facing Mount Carmel and the sea.

לקראת הצילומים של mt. Carmel house התקשרתי לדור וביקשתי שיתייחס לאירוע כיום תיעוד ולא כיום צילום. הסברתי שלבית הזה יש קצב משלו וזה לא קצב של יום צילום סטנדרטי :)

מדובר בבית בטון שנבנה לפני 20 שנה, המשפחה התבגרה מאז והצרכים השתנו. איזורים מהבית הרסנו ובנינו מחדש, באיזורים אחרים נגענו בפינצטה, וחלק נשארו בדיוק כמו שנבנו לפני 20 שנה בתכנון אייל מלכא המוכשר.

עבודות הקרמיקה והאומנות של .studio שזורות ברחבי הבית, ומשתלבות בתכנון ובעיצוב. הסטודיו שלה נמצא במרחק הליכה במעלה ההר ובחודשים האחרונים ימי הפיקוח שלנו הסתיימו שם, בפרויקט אחר שאנחנו זולגות אליו :)
את אחה"צ של יום הצילום העברנו בסטודיו, בשעה שהשמש כבר נמוכה ונכנסת יפה יפה פנימה.
