So, as part of the journey, yesterday, life took over and I didn't post.

Happens. I could be upset...

But guess what? We make up for it in other ways.

Today, I was happy to share in part of the creation process, you know the actual creation part.

First day of creation: In the beginning, there was .

One day during corona, I and my trusted confidant, Ms., tired of being stuck inside working and grinding, decided to go for a little walk through Jaffa. Having been a long time resident of Jaffa, and as a self-proclaimed (and officially recognized) Arabist, I always love the time I spend there. Wandering the streets, perusing the shops, eating the amazing, flavorful Arab food is nothing short of a treat.

So as my first creative treat to you, I wanted to share with you guys a bit from that fateful day during corona.

Tel Aviv City

It's been a bit since I created just for fun.

Since my time in the army, I have been making content ( 🎥, 📸, 📝, 🍥) for money. And, well, that sucks. 👎

Now, I want to go back to doing it for the soul. So, here starts a process of creating everyday, to remind myself why I started creating in the first place.

No expectations. No disappointment. No mistakes. No perfection. Just experimentation. That's it.

Plain and simple.

Feel free to join me on my journey (or not), give me feedback, and spread some encouragement, as I dive back into the world of creating for, well, creation's sake.

Going to be trying some new ideas, different platforms, and just overall getting weird with it.

Everyone always says to fix it in post, but I believe in getting the shot right the first time.

With this method, post becomes more of a job of making a good film and story than fixing up a cameraman's mistakes. And, in the end, we all want the story ;)
