This past week, we had the wonderful opportunity to welcome our Marketing team to the Cycode headquarters in Tel Aviv for a Marketing Offsite! 🎉👏😁
It was an excellent chance to meet in person and foster bonding experiences, as well as engage in workshops and plan ahead for our game plan.

During our visit, the marketing team had the privilege of conducting meetings at the office with all the departments, leading to engaging and fruitful discussions about Cycode. These interactions provided invaluable insights into the unique marketing strategies and innovative approaches that the marketing department hopes to implement. They exchanged ideas, shared experiences, and discovered fresh perspectives that will undoubtedly shape the future of our marketing campaigns.

However, their time in Tel Aviv wasn't solely dedicated to business. There was the opportunity to immerse in the enchanting local culture and savor authentic cuisine. These experiences brought us all closer together as a team, strengthening the bonds that make us a truly collaborative force.

As part of Pride Month, this week, we organized an open forum with our LGBTQ+ employees where everyone could ask any question they have on this subject. It was heartening to witness a diverse range of questions, covering topics such as LGBTQ+ history, terminology, challenges faced by the community, and ways to create a more inclusive environment. The participants actively shared their personal experiences and perspectives, allowing for a deeper understanding of the issues at hand. Through this open and respectful exchange, we were able to cultivate an atmosphere of acceptance, empathy, and allyship, further strengthening our commitment to inclusivity within the workplace.

This week, we were honored to have May Reuven's family join us at our office. They graciously opened up about their reactions and thoughts about May coming out to them a few years ago.

With joyful enthusiasm, her lovely grandparents addressed the entire company, emphasizing that May's happiness is what truly matters. They expressed their acceptance of every individual for who they are, including their beloved granddaughter.

The presence and attitude of May's grandparents served as a powerful reminder that the fight for LGBTQ+ rights extends beyond the younger generation. Their story resonated deeply, evoking laughter, applause, and even a few tears, highlighting the profound bond and love within their family.

Let us take their example as inspiration to create workplaces, communities, and societies where everyone feels safe, supported, and embraced for their authentic selves.

June is a month of Pride celebration. This year, we have decided to give the stage to our employees and their stories.

Today, we opened with Maya Dror, our product designer, who shared her personal story behind the book she created for her final project in her BDes degree. "Beyond Labels: Embracing Diversity and Creating Safe Spaces" is a celebration of individuality, fostering inclusion, and challenging gender norms. During the session, Maya invited other employees to ask questions and share their wonders, promoting knowledge and curiosity on the subject.

We eagerly anticipate sharing more stories and providing a platform for our employees to shine this month, just as we do throughout the entire year.
