Your feet were meant to move more and adapt to the ground beneath them. Uneven surfaces, different areas of pressure. We’re all apart of the terrain that your dynamic feet were meant to handle the moment we started wearing shoes and eliminating that need. We started seeing problems. I’m not saying you need to walk around barefoot all the time like me, but doing it sometimes can definitely help you go for a walk on the beach on the grass or any organic surface and get some grounding while you’re at it.
