Comfort zones are exactly that: comfortable! It can be hard to push yourself to try something new. But that's where the growth happens. If you're dreaming of something bigger, you HAVE to do something new.
So , that's your Challenge for this week. I want you to do ONE thing this week that you've never done before.
It could be saying hi to a stranger at the gym, or actually using that piece of equipment you've always avoided. Maybe it's trying a new recipe or signing up for a brand new fitness class...
Whatever it is, be honest with yourself and challenge yourself - you don't know what you are capable of until you change things up!

For a time, I heard this as one of the most hurtful comments
Now?
I hear it as one of the highest compliments
The intent doesn’t matter to me—
I control how I receive it.
And I know the work and strength and sacrifice it took to achieve it.
