Aryan was born in the heart of India, Madhya Pradesh. He comes from a traditional and spiritual Hindu family, where he was led towards meditation, Yoga and karma Yoga from a very young age. He kept that as part of his life, and started practicing Yoga and meditation at the age of 13. During his life he studied and practiced different types of Yoga (Hatha, Sivananda, Ashtanga Vinyasa) In Gurukul University, as well as in Traditional Ashrams and centers around India. For the last 8 years, Aryan has been running his own Yoga & Reiki center in Dharamsala (India), where he is teaching Yoga teacher trainings, meditation, Pranayama, Reiki, and more. Currently Aryan is giving classes and workshops in Israel, and enjoys teaching and practicing in the spiritual atmosphere of the holy land
