Originally from Philadelphia, Alyssa’s journey took her from Penn State to making Aliyah, and ultimately to serving as a combat soldier in the Skyrider Unit. Her choice to join the IDF wasn’t made lightly; it was driven by a deep-seated belief in Israel’s right to live in peace and security.

Alyssa is on the frontlines not just out of obligation, but with a powerful sense of purpose and unwavering commitment. She believes that protecting Israel means ensuring a future where its people can live without fear. Standing shoulder to shoulder with her fellow soldiers, she faces immense challenges with courage, resilience, and a dedication to a cause she holds close to her heart.

Her story serves as a reminder of the strength and conviction it takes to defend a homeland. It’s not just about wearing the uniform—it’s about safeguarding a way of life and the people within it.
