SUPREE, operating in the field of development and production of fruit and vegetable varieties that dry independently on the plant and commercialize them in Israel and internationally.

SUPREE is initially focusing on marketing semi-dried red cherry tomato products. The uniqueness of the tomato varieties it has developed lies in the independent drying process on the plant, without the use of chemicals, which preserves the flavor, color, vitamins, and antioxidants present in the tomato. After ripening, the tomato loses a significant percentage of its original weight, and therefore the concentration of flavor and vitamins increases significantly - which makes the dried tomato a superfood.

Despite the war on the northern border, which caused the blocking and restriction of access to the cultivation of hundreds of dunams of cherry orchards, a national tour of cherry growers was held in the Golan, in the midst of the picking season, at the initiative of the Northern R&D Department at the Migal Research Institute.
The cherry harvest in Israel in 2024 is expected to reach approximately 4,100-4,300 tons, with the growing area in Israel reaching approximately 5,000 dunams. The State of Israel is blessed with a variety of premium cherry varieties.

My old friends are picking Avocado fruits at Kibbutz Erez orchard near Gaza (I was born and grow up in Kibbutz Erez). The foreign workers left Israel and returned to their homeland, many Israeli citizens volunteer helping farmers.
