הייתה לנו זכות לארח במשרדינו בחיפה את המשתתפות בתוכנית Women in Medicine (WIM) – מיזם מעורר השראה של סטודנטיות לרפואה מהטכניון, שמטרתו לקדם מנהיגות נשית, מצוינות אישית ושוויון מגדרי בעולם הרפואה.
היוזמה לאירוח נולדה בזכות אחת מהעובדות שלנו ( Gershon), רופאה לעתיד בעצמה, שהביאה את ההזדמנות היפה הזו לפתח דלתנו. בזכותה, זכינו לפתוח את המשרדים שלנו לקבוצה מרשימה של סטודנטיות מכל שלבי ההכשרה, שהגיעו לערב של למידה, השראה וחיבור בין עולמות – רפואה והייטק, אקדמיה ותעשייה, חזון ועשייה.

*** Manager, Software Engineering (Backend) – Marketing Technology
Lead a team of engineers building high-throughput APIs, real-time data pipelines, and integrations that power our customer engagement and marketing automation at scale. You'll work with AWS, Kafka, Databricks, and more—at the intersection of data, product, and customer experience.

*** Principal Software Architect (Frontend) – Personalization & Martech
A hands-on, cross-functional tech lead role where you’ll set architectural direction, modernize our stack, and mentor engineers across squads. You’ll help shape the systems behind personalization, experimentation, and intelligent marketing—leveraging AWS, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and LLMs.

Both positions are based in Haifa, part of a global team impacting millions of users across our family of brands. If you’re excited about cloud-native architecture, big data, customer personalization, and building systems that scale, this is your moment.

🥷 Who will join our DevOps ninjas?

Own the CI/CD pipelines that deliver Shutterfly’s mobile apps to millions of users. You’ll build fast, reliable workflows using Python, Jenkins, Gradle, and Xcode — and partner with devs, QA, and more to make every build secure, reproducible, and lightning-fast.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
* 1+ years of experience in software development & administering a central build server
* Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
* Solid knowledge of CI/CD principles
* Hands-on experience with Git
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ruby, Groovy)
* Experience with GitHub
* Familiarity with logging/monitoring tools like SPLUNK or ELK

Her story resonated deeply with the crowd, especially those navigating their own career growth while balancing life and family.

הרצאה מעצימה ומלאת תקווה – סיפורו של קיבוץ בארי

לאחרונה, זכינו לביקור מיוחד במשרדנו – בן סוכמן, מנכ"ל ״דפוס בארי", שהעביר הרצאה מרתקת על קיבוץ בארי ודפוס בארי המפורסם. בן חלק עמנו סיפור אישי ומרגש, המשקף את עוצמתה של קהילה בהתמודדות עם אתגרים קשים.
ההרצאה הציגה את כוחה של הקהילה בבארי, את חשיבות העבודה בשמירה על יציבות נפשית, ואת המחויבות העמוקה לטובת הכלל. בן תיאר את התמודדות הקיבוץ לאורך השנים, כולל ההתעקשות להמשיך בפעילות העסקית גם תחת איום ביטחוני. המשפט "לא מפסידים משמרת" הפך לסמל של נחישות ואחדות, המדגיש את המשך העבודה והתמיכה ההדדית בין חברי הקיבוץ.
סיפורו של דפוס בארי, שהוקם ב-1950 והפך למקור הכנסה מרכזי לקיבוץ, מדגים את החוסן והיצירתיות של הקהילה.
תגובות העובדים שנכחו בהרצאה היו חד-משמעיות - זו הייתה חוויה מעצבת שנגעה בנימים העמוקים ביותר של הלב. סיפורו של בית הדפוס בבארי הפך למקור השראה עבור כולנו, תזכורת חיה לכוח הטמון באחדות, בעבודה משותפת ובאמונה בדרך.
אנו מודים לבן על שחלק איתנו את סיפורו המעורר השראה, סיפור שימשיך להדהד בקרבנו עוד זמן רב. זוהי תזכורת חשובה לכך שגם ברגעים הקשים ביותר, כוחה של קהילה מאוחדת הוא בלתי מנוצח.
