Greystones Tidy Towns Team has announced a recruitment drive for new volunteer members across a number of community-focused areas.

The group is inviting expressions of interest from those with a background or interest in events, heritage, sustainability, arts & culture, youth initiatives, sports, wellbeing and the public realm.

Representatives from the Town Team will be on Greystones Main Street and along the Plaza over the coming weekends to speak with members of the public and provide further information on getting involved.

This May, Wicklow Choral Society will present Brahms’ A German Requiem in the beautiful setting of St. Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town, one of the most powerful and emotionally moving works in the choral repertoire.

Combining rich harmonies, soaring melodies, and moments of extraordinary depth, this much-loved masterpiece promises a truly memorable live performance.

Performed with soloists and the Merrion Ensemble orchestra, it’s set to be a very special evening for music lovers across Wicklow and beyond.
