The ability to let go of your story, however painful, and move into your life in a powerful and strong way and we really loved the meditation that Jen did in the second half, it was beautiful and very empowering for the people who were there 💓

Also her own personal story and how she got from a very tough upbringing and background to now be who she is, and mentor women, mentor men and mentor herself into this new way of being 💫 Very very inspirational lady 🙏😍
