We are delighted to introduce “Cancer Take a Hike!”, a supportive hiking community created by and for people affected by cancer.

"As cancer thrivers ourselves, we understand how isolating the cancer experience can be and how difficult it can feel to reclaim your strength and confidence after a diagnosis. That's why we started this hiking community - to provide a safe, welcoming space where people can move at their own pace, share gentle companionship and feel a sense of accomplishment, while reconnecting with nature and movement.
Our hikes/walks are about participation, not performance. Whether someone is managing treatment side effects, rebuilding fitness, or simply looking for connection with others who understand, they're welcome to join us. As cancer is not a path we walk alone, friends and loved ones are welcome to join too! "

You can find more information, such as FAQs, dates and links to book on all scheduled hikes at www.cancertakeahike.ie or on Instagram
