đź’™ June is a time to shine a light on Men's Mental Health đź’™
While many people find it easy to talk about physical health, mental health can still be a difficult conversation, especially for men.
Every day, men face challenges that often go unseen. Stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, financial pressures, relationship difficulties, and the expectation to "just get on with it" can take a heavy toll.
This month, we're encouraging every man to remember:
✔️ It's okay not to be okay.
✔️ It's okay to talk about how you're feeling.
✔️ It's okay to ask for help.
✔️ Strength isn't about suffering in silence.
A simple conversation can change, and sometimes save, a life.
At ManUp, we believe that no man should have to face his struggles alone. Whether you're having a tough day, going through a difficult period, or just need a chat, support is available and you are not alone.
This June, let's continue breaking down the stigma around men's mental health and create a community where men feel comfortable speaking up, reaching out, and supporting one another.
đź’™ Check in with a friend.
đź’™ Start a conversation.
đź’™ Listen without judgment.
đź’™ Reach out if you need support.
Together, we can make a difference.

When someone in our community is going through heartbreak, loss, or a difficult chapter in life, it can be hard to know what to say. Sometimes there are no perfect words.
We want to remind everyone that nobody should have to carry pain alone.
And if you’re the one finding things difficult, reaching out is not a weakness. It takes strength.to get through the day, please know that there are people who care, people who will listen, and support is available.
Checking in with a friend, sending a message, or sitting down for a chat can mean more than you realise.
And if you’re the one finding things difficult, reaching out is not a weakness. It'sstrength.
Look after yourselves and each other đź’™
And if you’re the one finding things difficult, reaching out is not weakness. Its strength.

We are absolutely blown away by the incredible generosity shown through this year’s William Culleton Memorial Run. 💙
We were deeply honoured to be chosen as one of this year’s beneficiaries and to receive an amazing donation of €2,070 from the event.
The William Culleton Memorial Run is a fantastic community event that continues to bring people together in memory, support, and positivity, and we feel incredibly grateful that ManUp was selected to benefit from the funds raised this year.
A huge thank you to the organisers, volunteers, participants, sponsors, and everyone who contributed or supported the event in any way. Your kindness and generosity will help us continue providing support and creating safe spaces for men in our community.
Community support like this means the world to us, and we cannot thank you all enough. đź’™ Jamie O Grady

You are not a burden.
Even on the days when your mind tells you otherwise, there are people who care deeply about you, who would rather sit with you in your darkest moments than lose you forever.
You don’t have to carry everything alone.
It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to talk. One conversation can change everything.
Your story matters. Your life matters. And this world is better with you in it. đź’™
