If you keep doing what you are doing, nothing will change.
If you feel stuck in one area of your life and you are ready for a change but don’t know where to start, contact a certified coach. Eg. I was an accident and emergency specialist nurse but I saw a need for health promotion, so now I’m a health and wellness coach for past 6 years. Career satisfaction is just one area of your life, Wellness coaching is holistic which means we (you and I) look at all areas of your life. Are you ready for your next adventure ?? πŸ˜ƒ
