Throughout 2025, Offaly, Laois, Westmeath, Kildare and Tipperary all saw price growth across virtually every property type, driven by strong demand, affordability pressures near Dublin, and a chronic lack of supply.
From steady, broad-based growth in Offaly and Westmeath, to standout price increases in Laois and relentless demand in Kildare, the trend is clear: buyers are seeking value, space and connectivity โ and competition remains intense. Even traditionally better-value areas like Tipperary saw strong price rises as the gap continues to close.
