Sometimes you need to look back just to see how far you have come.. and believe me is still pinch myself now....!!!

⭐️extremely happy with weight & size gone from a size 18/20 now a size 8/10

I could be happier if I tried.....A year later I have maintained my weight lost but most importantly I have become so much more confident and motivated...... I will never go back 😍
