🚧 Clinic Update 🚧

Muscle Matters will be closed from Friday 10th April to Monday 20th April.

During this time, I’ll be away in London completing a training course, while the clinic also gets a little facelift to improve your overall experience 🙌

When we reopen, there will be some exciting changes:✔️ Sessions extended from 45 minutes to 1 hour✔️ New opening hours✔️ Continued focus on helping you move and feel better

Today is the day that a young girl from Tallaght competes against the fastest women on the planet 🌍 This picture is Rhasidat running cross country (which she hated) to getting to an Olympic Final in the 400m (which she has only trained for the last 2 seasons) She is 21 years old and only beginning her journey. She has caught the attention of a nation with her infectious personality and honesty. Her talent and determination is unquestionable, so let’s get behind her tonight as she inspires many more Irish girls to follow their dreams 🇮🇪

From the moment Rhasidat walked into the clinic with her coach Johnny Fox “I knew she was going to be a star” and so did Johnny… Even at the tender age of 14 she had a presence and the personality that was destined for greatness. I am so honoured to have witnessed Rhasidats and her family’s journey over the years and am so proud to watch her fulfill her dreams 🇮🇪
