One of the things we’ve always wanted PWR to be is more than somewhere you come in, train and leave.
Yes, we want people getting stronger.
& yes, we want people improving their confidence & getting fitter.
But we also want people to feel like they’re part of something.
The next few weeks are a great example of that 🙌
We’ve got nearly 30 members taking part in TRYKA Dublin 💚
Our 1 year open celebration coming up
A TRYKA members sim event
and Testing week.
These events give people something to work towards, but they also bring people together ♥️
We’ve seen members who walked through the door knowing nobody end up training together, competing together, travelling to events together and becoming genuine friends 🥹
That’s a 𝗵𝘂𝗴𝗲 part of why we place so much importance on the community side of the gym.
Having people around you who encourage you, support you and want to see you do well makes a massive difference for you!
It’s easier to show up.
It’s easier to stay consistent.
& it’s a hell of a lot more enjoyable along the way.
We’re incredibly proud of the atmosphere that’s been built here over the last year and we’re looking forward to making a few more memories over the next few weeks 🎉

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲.

A lot of people don’t actually realise how much they’re holding back in training until somebody finally pushes them properly.
Not in an army sergeant way or screaming in your face 😂
Just someone standing beside you saying:
“that was too easy for you.”
“go again, you’re well able.”
“add a bit more weight onto that in your next set.”
And suddenly the person who thought they “weren’t strong” is deadlifting more than they ever have before.
That happens in here EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK 👏
Not because our members are magically different to you
But because they stopped training alone, stopped second guessing themselves & FINALLY started training in an environment that actually brought more out of them ☺️
A lot of people are capable of far more than they think.

Sunday evening usually goes 1 of 2 ways.

You’ve probably said at least one of these before 👀
“I’ll start after summer.”
“I just need motivation.”

Most people we speak to don’t actually need another fitness challenge, another app, or another “fresh start”.
They usually just need structure again.
Something to train FOR.
Sessions booked in.
Coaches expecting you in.
A proper programme to follow.
People around you who make showing up easier again.
A lot of our members already trained before joining PWR.
They just got stuck in the cycle a lot of people do:
starting,stopping,trying again, falling off, then waiting for the “right time” to restart when they feel motivated.
The right environment changes that very quickly.

Not everyone walks into a gym full of confidence.
A lot of people are starting from scratching or starting back again after a long break away
