Due to an upcoming porcelain paving project we are in the fortunate position of being able to offer this impressive section of concrete to one lucky person.
It's quite simple, first to reply wins and is welcome to come pick it up - no give backs but you can transfer your wonderful prize to some other unfortunate person.
You *could* remove this in one piece and depending on your roof rack transport it to your destination. If you have to break it up we recommend numbering the pieces with a sharpie so you can easily reassemble. It should look really good if you squint.
Area is approx 6, maybe 8 or 10 metres square and thickness goes from 100mm to just 12" in places (we reckon - could be more or less).
Location Shankill. Needs to go ASAP which shouldn't be an issue as demand will he high.
No PM's.

Had a look at some loose capping brick a customer came to me about. When I started to check the bricks the mortar just fell off and crumbled in my hands.
Bricks had been set on a DPC membrane on a block wall and had this very weak sand & cement mortar mix holding them together.
Took all the bricks down, cleaned them up and reset them properly on a full mortar bed.

A little repair job underway on a brick pillar detail that collapsed.
There were no wall ties used originally and these details are pulling away from the blockwork behind. The ones remaining we have reinforced by drilling through the brickwork and chemically anchoring to the blockwork with stainless steel threaded bar.
The collapsed one is rebuilt, with wall ties and the capping is being redone too.
If you have a small job you need taken care of, give me a call.
