AN HOUR OF ‘YOU TIME’
(Well kind of😉)
In our Mum & Baby Yoga class while the focus is on connecting with your baby it’s very much about the connection with yourself too ✨
After having a baby everything feels very different and there can sometimes be a level of disconnect.
In this class we’ll focus on getting back in touch with ourselves while we stretch out those tight areas, breath (deeply!) and begin to build up strength in the parts of the body that need it most.
Having a cafe on-site is a massive plus too so ☕️ & chats is a lovely way to finish off your morning after class ✨
Our next 4 week term begins Wed 9th November (this is the last full term before 🎅🏻!)
