Looking forward to showcasing Wing Tsun on the 8th when Stacey and Roxy will be representing us.

The IMAC Women's Committee are pleased to invite females 16years and over to the annual IMAC Women in Sport event celebrating females in martial arts. This is being held Sunday 8th March in Dublin.
Come along and get the chance to try Aikido, Karate, Kendo, Bujinkan, Taekwon-Do and Wushu.

It’s been a while since we had a grading. Massive thanks to Sifu Aidan for making the trip to Navan and putting everyone through their paces. Maith sibh do gach duine a bhí faoi scrúdú aréir!

Since every yup bro and street scobe has adopted the hoody as their uniform we spent quite a bit of tonight’s class doing this.

The gym was closed last night so we had a class trip to the cinema.

The film turned out to be much better than expected and includes a very important life lesson - violence solves everything.
