Holiday Notice ☀️

After an incredibly busy few months, it's finally time for us to take a well-earned break.

Our workshop will be closed from 2nd August until 6th September, reopening on Monday, 7th September.

Last Job Before the Holiday... Done Right. 😎✅

Before closing the workshop for a well-earned break, we had one last specialist job to complete.

An Audi A6 C7 requiring a gearbox cloning procedure for one of our partner garages.

Using specialist equipment, the transmission data was successfully cloned, allowing the replacement unit to be prepared correctly and ready for installation.

This 2021 Ford Ranger came in for a performance-focused calibration.

The ECU was professionally unlocked in-house, followed by a bespoke calibration developed to deliver stronger performance while maintaining excellent drivability.

2011 BMW 320d E92 – Another Calibration Put Right. ✅

This 2011 BMW 320d E92 came to us after being "remapped" elsewhere, leaving the vehicle producing excessive smoke and performing well below its potential.

A full software assessment was carried out, confirming the calibration required significant correction.

The file was rebuilt, refined, and thoroughly tested to restore the way the vehicle should perform.

2016 VW Tiguan – When a Cheap Calibration Becomes an Expensive Problem. ⚠️

This 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan came to us after an AdBlue & EGR solution carried out elsewhere left the vehicle with serious drivability issues.

The customer reported:

❌ Intermittent surging
❌ Poor vehicle performance
❌ DPF regeneration no longer functioning correctly

A full software assessment confirmed the calibration had not been developed correctly.

The vehicle was recalibrated from the ground up, thoroughly tested, and returned operating exactly as intended.
