As a registered Nurse and certified health & wellness coach, my purpose is to empower and motivate you to effectively manage your own health challenges. I assist you to develop the confidence and ‘know-how’ required to make small changes to your lives to better manage your health. I work with people and organizations from all over Ireland in accordance with the Code of Ethics set out by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
