A fully committed and determined attitude displayed by Carlow GAA Football U20s panel as they engaged with a targeted training programme today at RACE Academy in conjunction with our partners at rugbycamps.ie. A physically and mentally challenging course was presented to the squad testing their decision-making abilities, problem solving, leadership and teamwork when placed under significant levels of stress. The resilience and character shown by the lads throughout will provide them with the foundation for a successful journey this season.
