To complement this award, James has taken further studies and his other qualifications include a Diploma in Environmental Impact Assessment (Dip. E.I.A, mgmt.) studied at the Smurfit Business School in UCD, a certificate in sustainable Rural Development, and a higher Diploma in Adult and Community Education(H.Dip. Adult and Comm Ed) from NUI Maynooth. He is a member of the Agricultural Consultants Association (M.A.C.A.) which is the professional body supporting independent Agricultural Consultants, providing advice to the agricultural industry. Carton Rural Consultants operates primarily in the centre of the country with offices located in Mullingar Co. Westmeath and Granard Co. Longford. We work on behalf of private individuals, local businesses, semi state agencies and Government Departments.
