We have our own abattoir which enables us to maintain the 'farm to fork' model. Murphys are a privately-run butcher shop and abbatoir supplying premium local meat to their customers. Meat is locally sourced, processed in the abbatoir and served fresh and succulent in traditional and modern ways to suit all tastes.
