Best of luck to all our 3rd and 6th years as they start their exams tomorrow.

God stay close to me today
Guide my study and light my way.
Ease my nerves and comfort me
With peace and love so tenderly.

May I remember the things I need
And understand all I study and read.
May I strive to give my best
And do myself justice in each test.

May the topics I know and like appear
On the exam paper to lessen my fear.
And during the moments I may feel stressed

I’ll try to remember the ways I’m blessed.
And if there are times that I feel at sea,
Help me to trust that you’re here with me.

India Immersion Project Team 2027
The 2027 Team to travel to Kolkata, India in February 2027 has been selected. Ronan, Luke, Noah, Eoghan, Dylan, and Óran will spend two weeks working in the Christian Brothers' Schools for street children.
The lads will be busy over the summer months fundraising with coffee mornings, bake sales, mountain climbs, and so much more in the works. Keep an eye on our social media for events that are coming up this summer. Any support you could provide the lads would be greatly appreciated.
The India Immersion Programme started in the school back in 2005. Next year's visit will be our school's 10th visit to St. George's School.

The fifth and final round of the Edmund Rice First Year Awards took place this month — Inspiring Transformational Leadership.

These 6 students have shown great leadership throughout the year in the classroom, on the pitch, through school activities, and in the way they contribute positively to everyday school life.

Congratulations to all 30 students who received awards across the five pillars this year. First Years should be very proud of everything they have achieved and the way they have represented themselves throughout the year.

A big well done to everyone involved in the first year Edmund Rice initiative. It has been a great way to celebrate the positive contribution these students make to the school community.

Well done to all on a great year!
