Just bought a vintage larder cupboard to keep all 💯 gluten free in my gluten free kitchen. Was really well made peace .

Some fresh organic Poc Choy from the garden . Can be used in stir fry or curry .

Fresh Hake of the boat , cabbage salad with organic olive oil and organic apple cider vinegar dressing.

Odlums organic gluten free coconut flour , banana pancakes with local honey.

Fresh keto Tuna and tomato pancakes.

When you don't have a deep cooking vessel , just butterfly the chicken by cutting down through the breast bone . Add mirepoix of vegetables and garlic .

Fresh curried lamb's liver , the trick is to seal liver on both sides them remove from heat, allow to rest . Then add back in to curry at the end for about one minute. It will be so tender and melt in the mouth . I cut it into bit size prices .

Hake Provencal , can be served with cauliflower rice or regular rice .
