Organisation: Dóchas Midwest Autism Support

Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term (12 months)

Salary: €39,500 per annum

Dóchas Midwest Autism Support is a dynamic, community-based organisation dedicated to supporting autistic individuals to live full, independent, and meaningful lives.

The Maker’s Room Café is one of our innovative social enterprises. This welcoming, public-facing café provides a real-world training environment where autistic adults can develop skills, confidence, and pathways to employment.

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and values-driven Cafe Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of the Makers Room Café.

This is a unique and rewarding role that blends hospitality management with social impact. The successful candidate will support autistic trainees in developing practical café and customer service skills, while ensuring a high-quality experience for all customers.
