We would like to thank everyone for their kind and caring messages in relation to reload Ballina.

Unfortunately, yesterday teatowels left in one of our dryers smoked, and we had to close. As per our processes the fire alarms and monitoring system triggered the fire brigade to be called and consequently the incident to be contained.

We are going to take the opportunity to repaint the interior and hoping to be back open end of this week!

We are lucky to be surrounded by great businesses, friends and family. We would like to especially thank and for all the action, help and support 🙏

as part of the design of reload we wanted customers have choice....

choice of machine size, cycles, temperatures and also detergent.

detergent is an important part of the wash process, and for many the journey to finding the right brand or type that suits skin sensitivity has been one of trial and error. hence why we decided not to have automatic dosing of detergent with our wash cycles ☺️

so don't forget to bring yours if planning to put on a wash at any of our 3 locations! 🌿
