'A Metalworking Hand Tool List For Beginners In Jewelry-Making' by Charles Lewton Brain (great name!) is well worth the read!
It is an American article, so some of the terms and links are a bit US specific, but it is still a great reference to help you build your 'I need it' and 'I want it' lists.

A great, low tech way to pickle your jewellery projects. No need for an expensive or complicated pickle pot setup! Also citric acid makes a good pickle solution too.
