Now leading culinary team at the , based in The Pavilion restaurant, Peter brings a world of flavours to our kitchen, incorporating global techniques and influences into his dishes.

His extensive experience from fine dining to food trucks & BBQ's,
allows him to curate menus that suit all occasions and requests, ensuring every dish is crafted with skill and passion.

More than just a talented chef, Peter is a strong team leader, known for his hands-on approach and willingness to embrace new challenges.

His love for food is matched by his dedication to delivering quality and innovation to every plate served at The Pavilion and throughout our venues and events at the University.
