Monaleen Cancer Support Group

Our aim is to provide practical support to families and friends affected by cancer in Monaleen Parish. A wide range of supports are available. While we are blessed in Limerick to have an excellent Cancer Centre which offers a wide range of excellent resources to cancer patients and their families, we have found from working closely with cancer survivors who have joined our Committee that cancer patients and their families often have difficulty finding the practical support they so urgently require. This is where we can help. ir Support Group can offer financial support, help with cleaning your home providing home-cooked dinners for your family while you are undergoing treatment, lawn cutting, ironing, food shopping or any other household chores/expenses to help to alleviate some of the pressure that your family is going through while trying to come to terms with a cancer diagnosis.
