I love this! A little reminder for all of us
To eat is a necessity, but to eat well is one of the highest forms of self-respect that you can do as soon as your next meal!
Challenge: Every time you eat is an opportunity to nourish yourself. Respect yourself enough to fill your body with the proper building blocks for a long and enjoyable lifetime. What is one small shift you can make to your nutritional habits that today? Eat your way toward a thriving life one bite at a time....
Recall this mantra for added motivation: "The food I eat nourishes my body and life. I deserve the self-loving act of caring for my health."

Top tip! Tuna is an oily fish that contains Omega 3 fat, which is an essential good fat for heart health. It not only helps lowers bad cholesterol in your blood, but it also helps keep your heart healthy by keeping a healthy rhythm and preventing blood clots. If you’re using tinned tuna make sure that the label says omega 3 fats have been replaced, as these fats are normally lost when tuna is tinned. HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN YOU ARE ALONE??
A cardiologist says If everyone who sees this post shares it to 10 people, you can bet that we'll save at least one life..
Share -Share -Share -Save A Life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.
However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.
A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!!
