Before the submission window closes tomorrow on the truly terrible Limerick.ie Arthurs Quay Framework Plan. The graphic I cobbled together here hopefully offers a better understanding of the Developer led 'Option 3' proposal that is clearly favoured by the Local Authority but of little value to the City and involves us giving away 3/4 of an Acre of valuable City Centre lands (shaded blue) to
Arthurs Quay Shopping Centre & Multi-Storey Car Park Limerick City and seeks the demolition of a multi-storey building (Sarsfield House) that can be repurposed. Please make your voice heard by making a submission
