As a survivor of chronic pain and invisible illness, I'm here to support anyone on a similar journey. Let's navigate this path together.

Monday reflection. 💜

There is nothing invisible about chronic pain to the person living it.
It is there in every corner, the exhaustion, the cancelled plans, the gap between who you were and who you are now.

What deserves to be seen is the extraordinary effort it takes to keep showing up anyway.

And on the days that effort runs dry, God is still there.
Our rock. Our refuge. The one who holds every corner we cannot. 🤍

"There's nothing invisible about the way chronic pain affects every corner of your life."

Share this with someone who needs to feel seen today.

So many of us living with chronic illness carry a silent fear, that we are too much.
That our pain, our limitations, our hard days are a burden to the people we love most.

So we shrink.
We minimise.
We say we're fine when we're not. 💜

But here is what I want you to know, your light doesn't burden people. It guides them.

That is why I wrote But You Look Just Fine.
So that you would never have to feel alone in this again.
So that through my story, you could finally feel seen, exactly as you are, not the version that looks fine. 🤍

Nobody told me part 3....

21/06/2026

Some days, the light is too much.
The sound is too much.
Everything is too much. 💛

And still - you show up.

This one is for everyone living with migraine who keeps going even when nobody sees how hard it really is.

Today we wear shades for you. 🕶️

We are not here just to survive. 💜
We are here on purpose, on an assignment from God.
And every single thing we have been through, every hard season, every painful chapter, He can use it all for good if we give it to Him.

So that others can feel seen.
Heard.
Loved.
Even in the middle of their own struggles.

That is why I show up.
That is why I share.
That is why I keep going. 🤍

What is keeping you going today?
Drop it in the comments, I would love to know. 💜

Amberly Lago was told she might never walk normally again. She went on to become a USA Today bestselling author, international speaker and one of the most powerful voices in the chronic pain community. 💛

But what struck me most in this conversation wasn't her resilience, it was her joy.
Genuine, unshakeable, hard-won joy in the middle of a life that has thrown everything at her.

This is the conversation I needed when I was at my lowest.
I hope it finds you at exactly the right moment too. 🤍

"This is a powerful and deeply moving book that stays with you long after you turn the last page. It's the kind of story that invites reflection and lingers in the mind." Zion

That is everything a writer hopes for.
That the words don't just land - but stay. 💜

Honoured and humbled. 💜

Being named a finalist in the Creative Professional category at the Network Ireland Limerick Businesswoman of the Year Awards was a privilege I am grateful for.

In a room full of extraordinary women - leaders, innovators, changemakers - I was reminded that putting yourself forward takes courage. And that the journey itself is the winning part.

Congratulations to all the winners. Limerick is in great hands. 🤍

This Friday I am showing up live, and I am bringing my story, my book, and everything I have learned about finding joy in the middle of the storm. 💜

Joining the incredible Brock Zevan and Michele Wright for Figure It Out Friday - Author's Edition.

We will be talking about invisible illness, resilience, turning pain into purpose - and why joy isn't something you wait for after the storm. It's what carries you through it. 🤍

This is one of those conversations you don't want to miss.

Most of us are trying to feel better by managing symptoms.

Anthony Hartcher goes deeper, straight to the gut. 💛

As a clinical nutritionist and lifestyle medicine specialist, Anthony's approach is simple but powerful, heal the gut, reduce inflammation, and watch how everything else begins to shift.

This conversation opened my eyes to how much what we eat affects how we feel, especially when living with chronic illness. 🤍
