On March 6th a group of us will once again be taking part in the Laps 4 Liam challenge in aid of the Neo Natal Unit in the maternity hospital Limerick. Starting Friday March 6th at 4PM in the Limerick Lawn Tennis Club, Six of us will be running 4 Miles (6.5K) every 4 hours for 48 Hours and will finish on Sunday March 8th at 4PM at Limerick Lawn Tennis Club, where there will be food, drinks and live music from Robert O Doherty. We had an amazing turn out last year and we hope to see many of you join us for a few Laps again this year.

The first 5K vs the last 5K 🫠

Delighted to hand over a total of €3,080 to our friends at the Neo Natal unit in the maternity hospital Limerick today ! They informed us it will be going towards a brand new Neo unit in a section of their building! A huge thank you to everyone who donated and to everyone who joined us for a lap along the way 🏃‍♂️

Laps 4 Liam began in aid of my cousin and her partner .mckeown1992 ‘s son Liam who was born 10 weeks early and sadly passed in February of last year. We wanted to give something back to the incredible doctors and nurses working around the clock everyday and also for any other families who have suffered in similar situations.

We had an amazing turn out for every run (even the night runs which was unexpected 🥶), be it friends, family or even the wonderful group who turned up with cookies 🍪🥳 ye all showed up and supported us Thank you all so much 🙏

Laps 4 Liam will be back in March of next year and we hope to see you all there once again!!
