Today, I closed a chapter that has meant the world to me.
After six years of holding the SuperPreneur Mastermind through different seasons, formats, and so many beautiful humans, we gathered for one final time.
We sat together in the today, shared stories, created a clearing for what has been, and honoured the journeys we’ve walked side by side.
There were tears, laughter, warm cups of tea and the kind of silence that only happens when people feel truly safe in their company.
Everyone placed a wish or a letting-go on the tree.
After the group left, I spent some time taking each wish down, one by one, and offering them to the fire with gratitude.
It felt like closing this circle with intention and releasing what has been held, and blessing what is ready to grow next.
The SuperPreneur Mastermind has been part of my life since 2019, and I’m incredibly proud of the heart, courage, and transformation that has moved through this space.
Thank you to everyone who has walked this path with me, whether for months or for years. You’ve shaped this community in ways you may never fully realise.
As this chapter completes, a new one is already stirring… More spacious, more aligned, and deeply rooted in the work I’m here to do.

This monrh in the mastermind the theme is “The Illuminator” and we are learning from the archetypes of The Sun and Judgment in the major arcana in the Tarot.
These cards a steeped in deep symbolism.
The Sun teaches us that our light warms and awakens. Judgment teaches us that our truth calls others home to themselves.
Don’t dim your light waiting to be “ready”. Your presence is a gift to all of us. Please share!! We are waiting!

I spent a couple of hours wrapped in the gentle company of wise, curious women, guided so beautifully by Amanda Grace We journaled, reflected, listened and let our own inner stories be softly unravelled.
There was also the deliciousness of being read a story… of Ungali, the tree who held her secrets close, even as the animals tried to unlock her mysteries to deliver her nourishment, and kept falling in old familiar traps…. We chose symbols from a bowl of treasures, cards drawn and threads pulled from somewhere deeper.
We explored where we are, right now and let our pens follow the quiet murmurs of our hearts.
The medicine of this circle? Listening. Witnessing. Speaking. Being held.
And the reminder that healthy giving (as one card nudged me) begins with balance… that receiving is just as holy as offering.
So today I will let myself be nourished by this remembering.
To pause.
To trust the secrets within my own tree.
To keep growing in my own luminous, peculiar shape.

Hi, I am Jo-Anne...
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. Below is a small overview for you to get to know me a bit better.
I started out by studying Clinical Psychology in 1998 and have been working in my own private practice since 2009. I hold a BA Hons. Degree in Clinical Psychology, MA Degree in Psychotherapy and I am a member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. I have a varied background, working as a Psychotherapist, Sound Therapist and group facilitator and combine different approaches and techniques to bring my clients a uniquely designed experience. I have lectured in the University College Cork and Mary Immaculate College, Limerick.
I believe true happiness and joy finds its way into our being when we Reconnect with our True Nature and stop repeating the same old story over and over again. This is when we start living with choice and purpose instead of reacting and numbing the pain. I love to help my clients break free from these patterns and create a life of true happiness and joy!
