A brilliant video made by one of our young people who attended our Advanced Planning Visit in Finland as part of our Erasmus+ project Let it Go! with Loimaan Teatteri hosting us! As part of the project, Katie, Áine and Mick went to Loimaa & Ypäjä, Finland for 3 days to discuss final details of the 10 day Erasmus+ project taking place in Finland this Summer. Áine did a fantastic job representing the young people of County Limerick Youth Theatre and is one of the 17 young people participating in this exciting intercultural youth exchange. Stay tuned to see what we get up to!

On the final night of our production of Beetroot we announced this year’s recipient of the Michael Quinlan Award…Rue Patterson presented by last year’s recipient Emma Ryan. 🏆
A huge congratulations to Rue who has been a member of County Limerick Youth Theatre for the past 9 years. This award is an acknowledgment of Rue’s commitment to youth theatre and their personal and artistic development during this time. Rue has been an incredible asset to our youth theatre through active participation and providing support for new members joining.
Rue has participated in over 12 productions with CoLYT and participated in many Youth Theatre Ireland events such as the National Festival of Youth Theatres and Member to Facilitator programme. They have also taken part in NTConnections.
Congratulations Rue!!
