2. Energy cleansing — shower, sage, or smudge spray. A simple reset when things feel heavy.
3. Angel numbers — I pay attention to repeating patterns as little reminders to pause and reflect.
4. Plucking negative thoughts — I don’t let every thought stay. I notice it, then pluck it out of my brain.
5. Visualisation — I take a moment to picture the life I’m creating, and move through my day from that place.
